
Managing Director and CEO
Harald Zulauf (born 1960) studied business, politics and international law in Cologne, Washington, London and Paris. After working on a freelance basis while still a student, he became a TV journalist for politics and business with the Westdeutscher Rundfunk and the ARD in Cologne in 1985. From 1987 to 1989 he worked as a PR consultant for the Minister of Defence in Bonn. From 1990 he worked for the Trust Agency – SED special assets section – in the reorganisation and privatisation of the former East German state media agencies, including “Neues Deutschland”. Since 1993 he has been managing director of MEDIA CONSULTA Germany GmbH in Berlin/Cologne, and since 2001 also CEO of MEDIA CONSULTA International Holding AG.

Managing Director, MEDIA CONSULTA Malta
Following a BA (Hons) in Business Management at the University of Malta, Andrew Warrington gained an MSc in International Marketing at the Strathclyde University in Glasgow, Scotland. After 5 years working for Mid Med Bank, Warrington moved to the largest beverage producer in Malta, Simonds Farsons Cisk. He worked for the firm from 1990 – 1998 as Export Manager and was responsible for introducing the company's soft drinks, fruit juices and beer to the international market place. This included devising marketing campaigns for various territories as well as PR campaigns both overseas and on a local level. In 1998 he joined forces with Media Consulta to open the Malta office and has seen the office grow steadily from year to year.

Head of Creative & Audio Visual Production
Mark Warner has over 15 years experience as a writer and director in film & television, including feature film, short film, TV commercials, music videos and documentaries. Mark joined the company in 2005 as Head of Multimedia, but after the department grew, as did the creative requirements of the company, the department split into Web Development (now headed by Karl Camenzuli) and Creative & Audio Visual Production. In his present role, Mark is responsible for heading the creative team at Media Consulta for the creation of concepts, implementation of these concepts, copy writing and producing, writing & directing TV and radio productions and acting as art director on campaign photo shoots.

Client Account Manager
Theresa Sullivan was the first to join the MCM team after Andrew, and has seen the company grow from a small but ambitious ad agency with two employees into a full-service marketing communications agency that is a major player in the local advertising landscape. Her first clients were small operators. She is now pleased to handle some large clients yet still provides the same personal service to the clients who first put their trust in her so many years ago.
Building a strong rapport, understanding their needs and delivering creative solutions to their marketing requirements is where Theresa gets her satisfaction from this job. She handles clients with very diverse products, from banking and finance to soft furnishing and decorative glass. Each one offers unique challenges and demands creative thinking out of the box. It is this diversity and daily challenge that, after ten years in the job, keeps Theresa motivated and eager to do the best she can for each and every client she handles.

Translation Business Manager
Suzanne has been working with Media Consulta since May 2007 managing the MCM Translations & Interpreting Department. She holds a Degree in Business Management and brings to the team a vast experience in sales & marketing and business planning. Suzanne’s main role consists of attracting and securing clientele from the local market as well as promoting the Company internationally. Due to her expertise in Event Management, Suzanne also enthusiastically assists the Executives in several corporate occasions.
